Refund Policy

By using ZaykaTap, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. This policy
applies
specifically to subscription plans purchased on the Platform.
Please read it carefully.
1. Scope of Refunds:
- Refunds are provided only for subscription plans purchased on the Platform. The Platform does not handle order payments; thus, no refunds are applicable for individual order transactions.
2. Conditions for Refund:
- Refunds are issued if a subscription is charged incorrectly or if there is a failure in processing the subscription but money was deducted.
- Full refund (100%) will be provided if a subscription is cancelled within 7 days of purchase.
- Users who cancel their subscription with not more than 100 orders, regardless of how long the subscription has been active, are eligible for 100% refund.
3. Refund Timeframe:
- Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
4. Method of Refund:
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method used during the subscription purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Cases:
- No refunds will be provided if an account is terminated for policy violations, misuse, abuse of the platform, or posting offensive content.
6. Partial Refunds:
- If a user cancels a subscription mid-cycle, the Platform will calculate the refund for the remaining period and initiate the refund automatically.
7. Refund Request Procedure:
